Terry has loved music all his life.  He began on violin as a child in Wisconsin and switched to guitar as a teen. He has played rock, R&B and blues in a variety of bands and studied jazz at Berklee and with Charlie Banacos.

Brad first picked up the snare drum in his grade school marching band. That simple introduction to rhythm became a lifelong passion, leading him to explore a wide range of musical styles and settings. He played in a variety of bands and genres, gaining versatility and experience; This shapied his musical voice, honed his timing and feel, and deepened his appreciation for the role of percussion in defining a band’s sound.

Brad studied for six years under the highly respected drum set teacher, Bob Gullotti, whose influence helped elevate his musicality, discipline, and understanding of groove and dynamics.

As Vice President of Marketing for Zildjian for nine years, he was able to merge his artistic background with strategic leadership, contributing to the growth and global presence of one of the most iconic brands in percussion.
