Joanne O'bryan

Joanne has been drawing for as long as she can remember.  She was influenced early on when her Mother, a violinist, took her to art museums.  From there, her interest grew.

She studied art at the University of Utah, Salt Lake and received a BS in Art Studio from the University of Wisconsin as well as an MA in Art Therapy from Leslie University.  She still visits major art museums in the U.S. and Europe when she has the chance.

Her art has been shown in a number of juried exhibits.  The primary medium she uses is acrylic paint on canvas.  Her work has impressionist and abstract influences.  Her subject matter varies from landscapes to village and more.
